TRICOLOR INTERNAL TOOL
This project focused on redesigning and optimizing Triconet, Tricolor’s internal operational platform used daily by agents, stakeholders, the Lead Generation team, programmers, and the BDC team. The system was responsible for managing sales, leads, customer follow-ups, internal processes, complaints, financing procedures, databases, documents, and multiple company-wide workflows.
VEHICLES QA INSPECTION PROCESS CONTROL
The Tracking Tool project focused on designing a platform to simplify and centralize the check-in process for new vehicles arriving at Tricolor. The goal was to create a solution that provides full visibility of each car’s journey, from the moment of acquisition until it becomes available for sale.
TRICOLOR HOLDINGS NEW BRAND
This case study presents the design of the main page for a new auto financing brand created under Tricolor. The project aimed to deliver a mobile-first experience that makes pre-approval faster and easier, while also giving the brand its own identity to connect with a customer profile that had not been previously addressed.

My work spans creative graphic solutions, fintech, design systems, and information architecture, blending creative visual solutions with rigorous problem-solving to deliver results, reducing friction, improving conversion, and scaling across platforms.
I’m based in Tulum, Quintana Roo, a place that keeps me inspired and life balanced. Outside of work I’m usually playing video games, exploring cenotes, or kayaking.
